Correlation of Interpersonal Relationship and Technology Skills of Students
Interpersonal skills are the ability of individuals to communicate, build relationships, and interact with other individuals. The ability to interact is not only directly, but can also be established through technology. Technology that is increasingly developing in this day and age certainly requires all elements of life to be able to adapt and adjust to technology, including students. Interpersonal relationships and skills in using technology are two important components that are needed in order to improve the learning process to be more optimal. This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the relationship between interpersonal relationships and skills in using technology in SMA Negeri 6 Palembang students. The subjects of this study were 35 students of class X.5 SMA Negeri 6 Palembang. The method used was descriptive quantitative. Data were obtained using a questionnaire instrument for interpersonal skills and skills in using technology. Data analysis techniques are done with percentages from Microsoft excel and SPSS. Based on the research, it is known that there is a strong correlation between interpersonal relationships and skills in using technology, namely if the level of interpersonal relationships is high, the higher the level of student skills in using technology
